We would like to welcome our new partner, Golden State Orthopedics & Spine (GSOS), our Official Sports Medicine Provider. They will be providing our athletes and families with outstanding sports medicine care. As part of this ongoing partnership, GSOS will be offering the following programs to our athletes:

Access to their Pro Training Room. This is where athletes can come and have their injuries evaluated by a healthcare professional at their office, located at 340 Dardanelli Lane, Los Gatos, Suite 20. Athletes will know what their injury involves and get the correct treatment. Any serious injuries will be referred to the appropriate provider. Less serious injuries would have a treatment plan and a return to play plan outlined. This is much like a professional or college training room that athletes at those levels have access to. The Pro Training Room will be operational Monday through Friday 9am-12noon and 1-4pm.

Access to a Sports Medicine provider by phone over their athlete hotline. This is for athletes who may need immediate injury advice. When a visit to a provider is not immediately possible, initial triage can be handled in this way. The hotline for our athletes is (408) 412-8118

Discounted sports physicals. Pre-participation sports physical exams needed for high school sports are available at a discount at their office
Golden State Orthopedics & Spine, formerly known as OrthoNorCal, specialize in orthopedics including sports medicine, pediatrics, joint replacement, foot and ankle, pain management, and spine. They also can provide primary care and physical therapy and have x-ray and MRI on site. Their physicians have been team physicians for the San Francisco Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and San Jose Earthquakes.
