NorCal Tennis® academy welcomes experienced tennis players who share a great passion for Tennis, especially in the field of junior tennis development. We offer mentorship programs and opportunities to grow. Over 8-12 months, development coaches will work & train with our Academy Director and Head Professional in preparation for the USPTA professional certification exams. Our Academy will cover for the examination fee.

Qualifications
Academy Professional -NOT available
- PASSIONATE about Tennis and Teaching Junior Tennis
- Minimum three years coaching experience
- Minimum NTRP 4.5 rating or UTR 9 or higher (if actively competing)
- Experienced in Junior Player Development (progressive training)
- College Tennis Playing Experience or equivalent and/or higher
- Top junior & College Coaching experience is desired but not required
- USPTA/PTR Certified
Assistant Professional -Open position
- PASSIONATE about Tennis and Teaching Junior Tennis
- High School Tennis playing experience
- USTA Junior Tournament playing experience
- USPTA/PTR Certified is desired but not required
- Prior teaching experience is desired but not required.
- Minimum NTRP 4.0 rating or UTR 7+
