Quick Tips on Player Development
STAYING STRONG and HEALTHY
As players improve and compete at higher level, they will put more stress on their body. Continuous fitness regiment and exercises are crucial in preventing injuries as well as improving performance. We will have dedicated fitness and strengthening sessions in our Summer Camp to help players in this area.

Useful tips on
Tennis Racquet

Did you know? Rule of thumb, if a player is around 5ft or taller, full size (27in) racquet should be used, of course there are many different models and each has a precise purpose. For Juniors who just switched from Jr. size to full size racquet, they should use lighter ones that are less demanding. For older tournament players, they can use something heavier that would require more effort to use but in return they get more control for their shots.
