Quick Tips on
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Players who lacks frequent competitive experience, e.g tournaments, often struggle at competitions largely due to the added pressure of showing good results. Let’s take a different approach to competitions:
Tournament competitions are part of players’ development and it is not a test of skills. Even professional players need to maintain their competitive edge by keeping up with tournament/match experience throughout the season.
Remember, it is NOT a test but it is an on going tournament experience that will shape the players’ competitiveness.
