MENTAL TRAINING & SPORT PSYCHOLOGY 

Development players

Mental sessions will be incorporated in the group practices twice each month for all of our players from development level and up.

Players will undergo mental coaching, routines and are required to follow up with homework.


Competitive and high performance players

Mental sessions will be built in to their personal training as well as group hitting clinics.

Some of the topics to be covered:

  • Definition of Winning
  • Objective vs. Outcome (goal vs. results)
  • Improve concentration in the match
  • Handling pressure, nervousness and anxiety
  • Dealing with mistakes in the match
  • Playing safe vs. being aggressive
  • Winning the big points

Topics may be revisited and changed based on players’ performances.
