It’s not everyday that you can say you’re in the same tournament with Sam Querrey and Steve Johnson -who enjoy great success on the ATP World Tour with career high ranking of 11 and 21 respectively.

Anish who started Tennis just 2 years ago at our academy, he works hard and enjoys early success in the Junior’s.  He also earned a Sponsorship from Dunlop Sports.  Recently turned 13 and entered his first prized-money tournament, the largest of its kind, the KPSF Championships (more info) with total prize money of $120,000.  Dunlop is the official ball. This tournament brings in high profile players such as Steve Johnson, Sam Querrey and Tommy Haas.

Players may enter tournament and win their way through the big Finals against ATP players, or they can win through their age group.  Anish did just that! He did well in the qualifying rounds and to earn a spot in the Finals for the 14U division and won it.  A nice payday for a 13 year old player. Keep up Anish and let it be the first of many Tennis “paychecks”.

Special Thanks to Dunlop Sports for supporting and believing in our players
